1. Administrator and contact
The data controller is the entity running PanelGarage. For privacy matters, please refer to the website Contact or write to info@panelgarage.com.
2. What data we process
- account details, in particular e-mail address, account name, selected language and country;
- vehicle data entered by the User, e.g. make, model, year, VIN, mileage, notes and dates;
- photos, videos and technical information of uploaded files;
- contact details and content of correspondence with the administration;
- technical and security data such as IP address, login time, session identifiers, browser type and error logs.
3. Purposes and grounds for processing
We process data to create and maintain an account, maintain a private garage, secure the service, respond to reports, detect abuse and comply with legal obligations. The basis is the performance of the contract, legitimate interest related to security and handling of claims, consent - when required - or legal obligation.
4. Visibility and audience
Garage data is not intended for public display. Access may be granted to entities providing hosting, e-mail, backup copies and technical support, only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Data may be made available to an authorized body when required by law.
5. Storage period
We store your account and garage details for the duration of your use of the service. Once your account is deleted, your data is deleted or anonymized, except for information that is needed for a limited period of time for security, reporting, backups, legal obligations, or defense of claims.
7. User Rights
To the extent provided by law, the User may request access to data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer of data or raise an objection. You may also submit a complaint to the competent data protection authority. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance of previous processing.
8. Security
We use organizational and technical measures to protect data. The user should use a unique password, not share it with other people, and immediately report any suspected account hijacking.
