Terms of Use PanelGarage - your private digital garage for storing vehicle, appointment and material data.
1. Scope of the service
- PanelGarage is an electronic service that allows you to maintain a private vehicle register, save vehicle information and dates, and add photos and videos.
- The Website Operator is the entity running PanelGarage. The current contact channel is available on the website Contact; contact by e-mail: info@panelgarage.com.
- The data saved in the garage is of auxiliary nature. PanelGarage does not replace official documents, technical inspection, insurance policy, manufacturer's instructions or professional assessment of the vehicle's condition.
2. Account
- The User provides true and current data necessary to create and secure the account and protects his password against access by third parties.
- One account should belong to one person. It is prohibited to impersonate another person, take over someone else's account or bypass security measures.
- The User is responsible for operations performed on his account until the loss of access is effectively reported.
3. Vehicle data and materials
- The user may only save vehicle data and materials to which he or she has the right or required authorization.
- You must not send illegal content, malware, third party documents or third party data without a legal basis.
- Vehicle data and galleries are intended for the account owner and are not a public vehicle catalog.
- The user should independently check the correctness of the saved terms. The operator is not responsible for the consequences of omitted inspection, insurance, repair or other obligations.
4. Security and accessibility
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access, automatic overloading of the Website, security testing without consent and actions that may damage data or the service are prohibited.
- The Operator may temporarily limit access in order to remove failures, update, protect accounts or fulfill a legal obligation.
- You should retain your own copies of any information the loss of which could result in material harm.
5. Termination of use and complaints
- The user can delete the account from the settings. Deletion is irreversible, except for data that must be retained by law or to defend against legal claims.
- The Operator may limit or terminate access to an account that violates the law, these Regulations or the security of the Website, taking into account the nature of the violation.

6. Changes and final provisions
- The Regulations may be changed for an important reason, in particular as a result of a change in the law, service functions, technology or security rules. Information about a significant change will be made available on the Website.
- Polish law applies to the contract, maintaining the consumer's mandatory rights arising from the law of his place of habitual residence.
